吴兴区，隶属于浙江省湖州市，地处浙江省北部、太湖南岸，东距上海120公里，南接杭州75公里，西连南京220公里，是湖州市的中心城区和主城区，总面积872平方公里，常住人口102万。

Wuxing District, part of Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province, is located in northern Zhejiang Province, on the southern shore of Taihu Lake,Wuxing District is 120 kilometers east of Shanghai, 75 kilometers south of Hangzhou, and 220 kilometers west of Nanjing. It is the central and main urban area of Huzhou City, with a total area of 872 square kilometers and a permanent population of 1.02 million.

自2300年前建城以来，吴兴就以山水清远、生态秀美声名远播，被誉为”丝绸之府、鱼米之乡、文化之邦”，是名副其实的东南望郡、历史名城。

Since its establishment 2,300 years ago, Wuxing has been famous for its beautiful landscapes and ecological beauty. It is known as the “Capital of Silk, Land of Fish and Rice, and Cultural Hub,” making it a renowned historical city in Southeast China.

Currently, Wuxing is focusing on themes that appeal to young people, including sports, music, fashion, innovation, and culture. It is committed to rapidly developing into a city that attracts young talentsoffering a sweet home and incubator for young people to start their own businesses, encouraging youth to play a leading role and become future leaders. Science and technology Innovation, Digital Innovation, Business Innovation, Rural-revitalization Innovation, Cultural Innovation, and E-commerce Innovation

注：”科创”重点聚焦新能源汽车及关键零部件、半导体及光电、智能物流装备、生物医药、特种材料、绿色能源、地理信息、仿生机器人及数控机床等八大新兴产业链领域。

Note:Science and technology are centered on eight emerging industry chain fields, namely new energy vehicles and key components, semi-conductors and opto-electronics, intelligent logistics equipment, bio-medicine, special materials, green energy, geographic information +, bionic robots and CNC machine tools. Part 06 Competition Introduction

（一）参赛条件

(I) Participation Conditions

1．团队参赛项目：

1. Team Participation Projects:

1名负责人+至少3名核心成员

1 team leader + at least 3 core members

(1）具有硕士学位或副高职称及以上；

(1)Each should obtain a master’s degree or above or a vice-senior professional title or above.

(2）团队负责人及团队成员平均年龄均不超过40周岁；

(2)The average age of the team members shall not exceed 40 years old.

2．个人参赛项目：

2. Individual Participation Projects:

学历为专科及以上（年龄不超过35周岁）或者学历为博士学历（年龄不超过40周岁）;

obtains a college degree or above (including bachelor’s degree and master’s degree) and under 35 years old;

or obtains a doctoral degree and under 40 years old.

3．创业项目：

3. Entrepreneurial Projects:

创业项目具有创新能力和成长潜力，有创新性的产品、技术或商业模式，突出独特创意。社会信誉良好，不侵犯第三方知识产权。

Entrepreneurship projects with innovation ability and growth potential, presenting innovative products, technologies, or business models, highlighting unique creativity. Good social reputation and non-infringement of the third party intellectual property rights are also required.

（二）奖励扶持

(II) Rewards and Support

1.获奖项目，颁发奖杯和复赛入场券，其中落地吴兴区的获奖项目按照获奖等次给予一定奖金，分别为一等奖2名：¥20000/个；二等奖4名：¥10000/个 ；三等奖4名：¥5000/个；

1. Award-winning projects will receive trophies and tickets to the semi-finals. Among the award-winning projects landing in Wuxing District, a certain amount of cash prize will be given according to the prize level, including two first prizes: ¥20,000 each; four second prizes: ¥10,000 each; and four third prizes: ¥5,000 each;

2.落地项目入驻吴兴区青创空间的，最高获得25万补助，其中带动50人以上就业的，可获得50万补助；

2. Projects settled in the Youth Innovation Space will be given a maximum fund of 250,000 RMB;however, for those that drive employment for more than 50 people, the maximum fund reaches 500,000 RMB.

3.获奖项目推荐参加湖州全球高层次人才创新创业大赛，其中获奖的，最高可获得1000万补助。

3. Award-winning projects are recommended to participate inthe China·Huzhou Global High-Level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, with a maximum reward of 10 million RMB.
