Operated by the South Africa-China Belt and Road Development Center, this initiative collaborates with African television networks such as SABC, CTV, SOWETOTV, KZNTV, and BAYTV, ensuring prime-time broadcasts of flagship programs. It serves as a cultural bridge between Africa and the Belt and Road regions.
